Our hours of business: our office is open from 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Thursdays and 9am to 5pm Fridays. The office is closed for lunch from 1pm to 2pm Meetings at other times and places can be arranged by appointment.

Our fees: we will explain how we calculate our fees, what other charges may be incurred and prepare a written estimate of the total cost. We will confirm this when you telephone for an appointment. We can offer a ‘no win/no fee’ arrangement for personal injury matters dependent upon your individual circumstances.

Our location: we are in the Market Place, above Haart Estate Agents. Our office is on the first floor so please tell us, when you make your appointment, if you are likely to have difficulty with stairs.
