Janice Lowther was admitted as a Solicitor in 1982.
Janice Lowther is a partner and head of our Family Department. Specialising in cases involving financial issues arising out of divorce, private law children cases and co-habitation property disputes but has experience and expertise in all areas of family law. Janice is a Member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). Janice is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. As a collaborative Solicitor, Janice is able to bring specialist resolution skills to her clients. However, if Court proceedings are required, she is a competent advocate.
