Paul was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006 and is a Partner and the Head of our Wills & Probate Department.
He specialises in providing his clients with tailored advice regarding their Wills and can assist with reducing inheritance tax and care home fee liabilities, dealing with complex family circumstances as well as the use of trusts to safeguard vulnerable beneficiaries. Paul is also very experienced in administering estates (including obtaining a grant of probate quickly), preparing powers of attorney and making applications for deputyship.
Paul is happy to make visits to clients at their home, hospital or care home when they are unable to attend our offices.
